a thick frost......

we awoke to a field of glistening white today...
a frost so thick with a sun so bright shining down upon it....
days like these make me happy, happy, happy to be tucked safely inside our wooden house.

i could tell it was a truly cold start as this is the members of my animal family that joined me besides the toasty warm Rayburn whilst making the morning coffee......

i love you guys.....
just how many of you can fit on that one chair?

Hi Tracy, Just wishing you a very happy new year - may it be more settled than the last, happy in your new home, surrounded by your menagerie of animals small and large. And with that beautiful sea view just through the window. Take care, may your dreams come true, and may they sustain you through life's ups and downs.
Love and hugs,
Diana and the woofers xx

Happy New Year to you all - furries and not so furries! although maybe you should grow some fur to keep warm in those highland winters. It is very cold here in Kent in our usually snug little house so you have been in my thoughts in the cold.

Love the pic of all the animals in front of the fire. Mabel is sitting on the same cushion as Oskar on my sidebar although i've never seen one the same colour as yours. (weird Ikea cushion stalker alert)

sorry for sounding totally nuts but i knew you wouldn't mind :-)
