other news.....

apart from the build, life in Betsy is trundling along nicely.......

a new arrival
apparently he heard via pigeon post that we are building a giant wooden pigeon house overlooking the sea..........

of course we could not turn him away after he had flown so far - but he has done nothing but moan since he got here......
... along the lines of - how on earth is a pigeon of his status expected to live like trailer trash......

how cute is he?

very little in the way of actual craft work is happening - except for a quick and easy bracelet for me using my most favourite ever button :)

the trailer inmates are all good - loving the freedom that a large garden gives them
Miss Mabel Moo is rejoicing now that the grass has been cut and she has been given the freedom of a good few acres to rampage across at great speed and with very little finesse!

here she is looking windswept and interesting in her new collar...

the rest of the hounds are all still enjoying the ghastly chenille nightmare that is our seating area....

how they will cope without it is any one's guess

all felines are present and correct - poor old Bracken is really showing her age now and no doubt should not be living in a trailer - i keep telling her to hang on in there and she will soon have a huge window to sunbathe in front of when the sun is shining and a Rayburn to keep her warm on rainy days
i am not sure which one of us misses our old Aga the most.

as for the ponies.....

.........crazy, mad lovable rascals x

this is the sight i see every night before bed......
who couldn't love that?

Has Mr Pigeon been named? He reminds me of the characters in Wallace and Gromit somehow. Glad the animal clan is bearing up to trailer living. Bet all they really care about is being with you and Stephen. The decor is less important. Happy weekend! D x
