a delightful day....

today has been one of those days that just drifts by gently.....
no major drama's, no deadlines, no chores to fulfill - just a day spent at home doing very little.

a little tidying first thing using lavender on the worktops whilst listening to womans hour.....

a quick batch of cranberry and pecan tiffin made using the lovely Attic 24 recipe x

and a good while spent knitting these.......

but the best part of the day was looking up and seeing this.........

and realising that the sun is shining and the wind has picked up which is just perfect for a little afternoon sailing....
