Thursday

cold, cold, cold
grey, grey, grey
and raining..

so to cheer the day i have climbed out of bed early and finished a little sewing.......

a little sewing to remind me that Christmas is coming.....

and later in the day this arrival inside the house made me realise Christmas is well on its way....

a tad more "rustic" looking than my previous Aga :(

i know you can see more of Archie than the Aga - but you get the idea...

on with the rest of the day

A little TLC and that fabulous aga will be looking just how you want it too. Ready for cooking those yummy Christmas goodies on. Loving the colour honey.
And the photo of the other with Archie is lovely. He's so handsome and proud looking.
The Christmas heart made me stop and think of the cosy evenings speant inside and the smell of yummy Christmas pudding and Brandy cream owww how many days do we have left? lol
Many hugs,
There will be a little something in the post winging it's way to you and the doggies. (sorry cats) next time I promise you treats. xxx
Love,
Catherine x

Ooh love the Christmas hearts and the new aga. Very cosy. Strange to think it's cold and miserable where you are because we're having a very sunny autumnal day here today. Sounds terrible to say but I wish it would get a bit more chilly autumnal as I'm really looking forward to getting winter clothes on and feeling cosy. I want to start thinking Christmassy thoughts.

I love those Crimble pudding hearts - so pretty. I can't think about the 'C' thing until we've done No.2's birthday next week - then I shall panic! x

Funny .... when I see Christmas stuff appearing in the shops, I think "Bah! Christmas!!" but then I see your pretty xmas hearts and the think about your aga alight, I see it in a very different light!

Thanks for making me a little less humbuggy!

That's the colour my Aga would be... and since there is no room in my kitchen for an Aga I guess I shall have to own it vicariously through you so, remember, plenty of Aga Saga, please!
Also loving the Christmas action!

ahhh. The old Ray Burn. Your RayBurn is exactly the same as the one I grew up with and have many memories of sitting on it drinking tea when i got home from school. It is just a different colour. Now here in Canada Agas and RayBurns are just a distant memory. Thanks for a trip back in time!
