I visited, and I am crying, and at a loss for words... and I admit I was too afraid to say hello through my tears. What a dear man your friend is! Lucky him to have you as a friend!

I cried too, I wrote a message, I can't believe it will help...
didn't expect this when I checked my bloglines tonight...

Good God - that poor man. As I told him, reading his words seemed almost voyeuristic his grief is so raw. What an amazing thing to share. I can only hope writing it brings him some relief.

Sometimes you just read something so powerful it blows you away.

I cried also, I left a comment, I hope it helps him to know that lots of us are thinking of him.

To think, I was having a fed up day today, what right have I got.

So sad.

I dropped by and visited you both, I was sad too and unsure of what to say, but I left a comment hopefully Philip won't mind. Sadly I have watched one friend go through this process, and now another has also just been diagnosed. Prayers and heartfelt wishes for recovery from loss and cancer.

well I didn't cry because I had to stop reading....I do feel men grieving is so much sadder then women as they don't have girl stuff to keep them busy. The problem about grieving for anyone or anything is as you gradually get over the person's passing the guilt recovery kicks in.....but the living have to move on....

I've just been over to see your friend Philip. Such powerful emotions - he is brave and admirably open. I didn't know Ann, but having read your words, and now those of Philip, I have no doubt she was a very special person. x

Wow. I've just read all of Philips posts. So brave to be writing about his loss in this way. I left him a comment.

I've just read this blog ~ I did pluck up the courage to leave a message, but I felt at a loss for words. What can I say that is adequate to someone who has lost the love of their life?

Hey, gorgeous girl! No new Blog? Lots of your friends have popped over to my Blog after that 'diversion sign' of an introduction you left (wow, your definition of 'linking'...). I have had many, many lovely people leaving comments. I haven't responded to anyone: I'm not too sure of the etiquette. I wouldn't want to commit the blogging equivalent of admiring your hostess' teenage daughter's breasts as a dinner party. x

Hello Tracy,
I have been ill as you know, but have just spent a lovely half hour reading through your posts since my last visit.
I am delighted that you have called your little bunny creature 'Spanglemist' I had to check it was me who came up with the name !!!!
I think you have my address as I have bought from your website (dishcloth and soap).
I have also visited your friend and I hope you both find the strength to deal with how you are felling.
I will think of you as I light the pumpkin tonight.
Love Kat xxx

Hi Tracy cupcake, how are you? Missing your blogs which are so much more succinct and possibly useful than mine, plus all the pretty pictures. Have you got any sheep pictures yet?? Perhaps you are soooooo busy pampering your girls you could not write.

Hi Tracy, I visited your friend and read through the tears but was unable to leave a comment, It is so hard to know what to say, his words have stayed with me since I read them last Friday.

Heya Madame La Cupcake,
I have just left a message at Afterburn for you and Philip but don't know if you would see it so, in essence, it said - no to kilts and spangles for butling uniform. Thinking perhaps Adam Antish instead. Because nothing goes better with an eyepatch than long flowing sleeve ruffles.
