That's such good news for you both! Congratulations (it does make it feel suddenly very real, doesn't it?) you are going to have such a wonderful time in your new home. Kim x
wow that was fast! - now comes the hard part of trying to fit your life into boxes! Best of luck with the move - it's a glorious time of year to move up here!
I can't believe it, it's finally happened. Congratulations, your house must be gorgeous to have sold that fast. Whoever moves is sure to love it as much as you have, because they wanted it that much! New home! - I can't wait to see it. Victoria x
We were driving through Hawkhurst on Saturday lunchtime (on the way to Bedgebury Pinetum). Roland says to me : "Look, there's a guy walking 2 grey whippets." I say, "That must be Stephen with Tallula and Bean" Roland looks puzzled. I explain whilst pointing: "look that's Tracy's shop there on the corner!" Small world isn't it? Good news about your house. I guessed it would be snapped up by the tantalising glimpses of it on the blog. Hope it all runs smoothly for you.
Congratulations on such a quick sale. I am sure that you must have mixed emotions - remember that you will take the happy memories with you and the house will always be there at the back of your mind. You will also always have the friends that you have made. The wonderful thing is that you now have an opportunity to make new friends and new happy memories in Scotland. Alice
As we say in Cali- "Hell Yes!" Oh thats fantastic!! My dad is a real estae agent and broker, I love it when houses sell quick and easy becuase everyone can be calm that much sooner, its unsettling to sell a house. Congrats!!
Oh my goodness that was quick and they sounded like such nice people in your previous post. Congratulations, I guess it's all full speed ahead now and you will be in the cooler climate of Scotland before the heat and humidity hit us folk in England. Best of luck Carolyn x
Wow, well done, there's nothing better than a quick sale is there, done and dusted and then you can get on with the packing. You'll be looking forward to your move, it can't be long now? Take care, L xx
Thanks for the great message, do keep an eye out for me in the local papers please, if I'm in there then could you buy every copy and destroy them all, lol. I'm not as bad as I sound honestly, quite the respectable drunk really.

Well that was easy!
When do you move?
Do you like the new (and I hope sufficiently gushing about your home) people?
Well done

It is always hard to leave a house that you have loved and cared for. A bit of an emotional rollercoaster but lots to look forward to....
