in the early hours of this morning one of our Aylesbury ducks died...
March you have been truly hideous and i shall be very glad when you are over....
tomorrow i plan on opening all the windows and welcoming in April...
even if it is still snowing

:-( So sorry to hear about your lovely duck passing away. We used to have to little ducks and they were such gorgeous, funny, characterful pets but a fox got them and I was so upset. Hope April brings you better times.

Lets hope that April brings you much better things and throwing open all the windows flushes out any other things bad vibes or bad luck that is invading your year honey. Let it fly off out and bother someone mean, (like the idiot neighbour wink wink lol)
i feel so helpless hearing the sadness you keep having and just want to hug you all better. If i where closer I'd be round with feel better cakes and listening ears on or shoulder to lean on.
But all i can do is send cyber hugs beautiful friend. And say I'm here if you need me, i really mean that.
And like that song says "things can only get better"

sorry to hear about your little duck..any animal whether a pet or not is a loss..you must try to think that you gave it the best life you could...my chooks are getting on and i am dreading the day when they leave...

oh no, what a shame. I'm trying to not get too attached to our 3 as they are off to a bigger, better smallholding with a pond soon (on the absolute condition they are not for eating!) but it'll still be sad when they go. Ducks are such sweet fellows, I'm so sorry you've lost one of yours.
