the truth is....

i have been out and about in the search for fabric today so have not taken any pictures...
so no pictures to brighten up my waffle and make it easier for my dear readers to reach the end of my post...

what to do?
what
to
do....

fear not those of you who are still here, for i am sure that some of you left as soon as you thought it was all chat and no eye candy ;)

today i give you a random selection of pictures taken on this very day last year...
drum roll please....

bean the wonder whippet shown here in her catalogue pose....

we had sunshine...

and a frost....

miss mabel moo also did a little posing....
gosh she really is pretty

and dear rodders found time in his busy tupping schedule to pass the time of day with dillon....

all in all it looked like quite a charming day..

in comparison today i have searched and failed to find any thick white cotton or linen, had to venture in to the dreaded time sapping place that is called Tesco whereupon a staff member actually gasped when i asked for chestnuts, and have witnessed no posing from the hounds at all...

tomorrow will be better as it is Christmas day in January... although it will not be quite the same without the chestnuts in the sprouts.... but hopefully there will be plenty of catalogue posing...

see you tomorrow with jingle bells and paper hats

Can't wait to see the paper hats etc.

What are you wanting linen/heavy cotton-wise? Have loads that could be useful, I'm sure. Email me if you like and I can photo back.

Have a happy Christmas in January Day tomorrow even if it is a shame about the chestnuts!!

Hello Tracy, I read you everyday. Though i rarely leave a comment, i admire your warmth and resilience. Over time i have become attached to all your lovely beasties and I only wish I saw more of Ghillie who remains my favorite amongst them. I also lovelovelove your house. What a clever pair you and Stephen are!

I've sent you a text today at least i hope it was to you. I was just up dating my new mobile contacts list. Not sure if it's you number or not honey lol

Anyhoo I'll be posting a little something for you all this week, including yummies for the whipets from us all. But I'm sure they'll sniff them out before the posties even come up the drive lol

Have a magical day, eat, drink and be very merry.
Love,
