treats....

as we now feel a little more relaxed and smiley we thought it was high time we opened a few of our Christmas presents from my mama...
i know, i know it is nearly the end of January but we have been busy and quite frankly most days have not been Christmassy sort of days...

anyhoo

one of the parcels i opened contained this beautiful silver box...

and inside was this...

the sweetest necklace from my parents - i skipped a little and squeaked a lot!

ahhh... Christmas in January is good :)

we hope to open the rest of the mahoosive pile of gifts on Sunday ... we are declaring it yet another Christmas day - a roast will be made and we may even wear paper hats ...

And I'll be second, hopefully!

So much nicer to spread it over several weeks - a bit like birthdays!!!!

Have fun at the weekend!

Oh happy January Christmas Tracy.
I think a mini Christmas in this month is a wonderful idea. After all the rubbish times you've both had it's very well deserved.

Loving the cupcake necklace, it's gorgeous. Your mama has fabulous taste.

With love,

Well Merry Christmas to you! That necklace is fabulous - am having a bit of a 'grey day' and it forced a massive smile on my face, despite myself :)

Hi there

The necklace is beautiful. I'm sure you'll have fun wearing it.

We used to have sheep at home, when I was kid, and can completely sympathise with all the worry you have had. Sometimes sheep seem determined to curl up their toes and give in - and that was even with both my parents being vets! Well done with number two. Julie
