back to normal....

such a long time since my last post....
i have been enjoying a visit from my sweet sister and my gorgeous nephew - lots of giggling, laughter, eating and chatting until 3am!
needless to say the house is incredibly quiet now they have gone and i miss them terribly :(
both Stephen and i have realised that Sea House is indeed a very large house for just two people, it seems such a happier place when there are more folk using the space....

the last few days have been filled with catching up with orders including a small wholesale order of these guys.....

i will be sad to see them go....

i have a few left that are sitting very patiently and waiting for kind new homes.....
the lucky new owners can rest assured that these are truly very well behaved squirrels not at all like the pesky ones over the sea at Tif's place....
they will be very carefully wrapped with an acorn each :)

the cost per squirrel is £6.50 which includes postage which will no doubt be rather slow.....
the difficulty will be choosing between the brown and the grey.... the brown is made from felt and the grey from a rather lovely tweedy type fabric - each has its very own knitted acorn x

just email me at ..... tracy@cupcakesdirect.com
and i will let each little fellow know that they have been chosen :)

i will return soon with an update on all the animals

I've just emailed you lovely lady with an order for one grey squirrel.
They are sooo cute.
Glad you had a lovely time with your family and sorry to hear you feel blue now they've gone. I'm sure it won't be long before they're back and Sea house is filled with lots of noise again.
I can always pop Daisy on to a plane to stay for a few days lol she can make a house sound like theres a whole playgroup in it LOL
Hugs,

Glad you had such a great time. What a shame all good things have to come to an end. Will you have a house full at Christmas?

oh T,
the little grey one looks just like my dearly departed 'pesky' squirrel that resides (or rather did) in the tree outside my studio :(
i have an abundance of pesky squirrels in my back yard, but this little fellow lived out front.
i'm thinking, he is living it up in the great las vegas squirrel kingdom in the sky, probably having a much better time than he did on earth...
which makes me feel better about his abrupt ending

i'm liking your acorns

I love the squirrels and I think I would have to have one of each. It would not be fair to split them up :), Maureen....

Those are lovely, especially with their little acorns. We have so many squirrels here, they run across our farm track when I drive off the farm and seem to ripple as they run, most enchanting.
